SHIPPING DURING COVID 19
Unfortunately due to COVID 19, domestic & international couriers are experiencing longer than usual shipping times.
International Customers: The courier service is updating their shipping delays weekly with some international packages taking up to 1 month for delivery.
We will still be packing & getting your orders with couriers as fast as possible, however the delays with the couriers are out of our control. We really appreciate your patience during this time.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products so we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Please inspect your order on receipt and notify us of any fault or damage as soon as possible. Once we have received your damaged or faulty goods we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Please note, that all of our items are handmade. We have stated this clearly in our product descriptions and as such, small marks, and inconsistencies are not considered faults on these items. If you like things shiny, manufactured by machinery, and completely perfect then this may not be the best place for you.
Change of Mind
While we hope you're happy with your purchase, sometimes it might not look right in its new home so it's no problem to exchange it for something else of the same value. If the product you want to exchange it for is of greater value we can send you an invoice for the difference. Please note that we don't offer refunds if you change your mind.
For items purchased on sale or with discount codes - no exchange or refund is offered.
You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact. Please notify us by email at email@example.com stating item details and whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note.
Please ensure you choose a trackable delivery method for your return, we will not be accountable for any lost or stolen packages. Once we have received the products, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
